Graham Alexander du Plessis (Principal Consultant)
Graham du Plessis' professional interests were orignially developed in the areas of corporate finance and investments. Having completed a BComm degree at the University of the Witwatersrand (2003) he spent time conculting in management, human capital, financial and investment systems. Following this period, Graham worked as a teacher in the prestigious Queen's Gate School in South Kensington, London. Here he served as the Head of the Psychology Department and as a member of the Mathematics department. Upon returning to South Africa, Graham completed a MA (Clinical Psychology) degree at the University of Johannesburg. He has worked in the capacity as a clinical psychologist with the South African Correctional Services, the South African Educational Department and since 2007 in the South African National Defence Force. During 2008 he was employed as a senior psychologist for Turgis Consulting where he was involved in the assessment of human performance aspects within a multi-tiered productivity and safety study of the major South African mining houses. Most recently, he is a founding shareholder of Stratfield Performance Consulting.
